1. Returns and Refunds for Non-Faulty Products

We offer a 7-day return policy with a 24-hour refund for non-faulty products, subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • All accessories, tags, and documentation must be included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our team via WhatsApp at 0305-4644607 . Provide your order number, the product details, the reason for the return, and a video clip showing the product’s condition.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will guide you through the return process, including issuing a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned product to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund:

  • JazzCash or Meezan Bank Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a reliable courier service. Our customer support team will provide you with return shipping instructions.

5. Refund Exceptions

Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as non-returnable, unless they are faulty
